(1) Please select the flight arrival date on the payment page. If your flight arrives at 00:00 on 2 May, please select 2 May;

(2) Considering traffic conditions, the selected pick‑up date and time must be at least 4 hours before the flight departure time. The supplier is not responsible if you miss your flight;

(3) Free waiting time: The driver will wait for 60 minutes from the flight arrival time;

(4) Airport pick‑up: Staff will be waiting at the meeting point (the controlled area opposite the arrival exit) holding a Klook sign;

(5) Round‑trip hotel transfer service is provided;

(6) The supplier will confirm the pick‑up time with you in advance;

(7) Shared transfer times may be advanced or delayed;

(8) Please wait in the hotel lobby 15 minutes before the pick‑up time;

(9) Please fill in the hotel name and address on the payment page;

(10) The driver will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes (no refund for exceeding this time);

(11) City area: Barangay San Miguel, Barangay San Pedro, Barangay Bancao‑Bancao, Barangay Poblacion, Malvar Street, Rizal Avenue, Manalo Street;

(1) All additional fees must be paid in cash to the driver;

(2) Out‑of‑service area fee: An additional fee of P350 per person will be charged for hotel transfers in areas outside the following city centre areas ‑ Brgy. San Manuel, Brgy. San Jose, Brgy. Sta. Monica, Brgy. Tiniguiban, Brgy. Sta. Lourdes, Brgy. Sicsican, Brgy. Tagburos and Brgy. Irawan;

(3) Hotels located further away will incur additional charges (e.g.: Astoria Hotel). If your hotel is not within the service area, our specialist will contact you to inform you of the exact additional charges;

The fee for each extra standard‑sized luggage is equivalent to 1 adult ticket;
