【Scenic Spot Address】：Pick‑up service from 07:00 ‑ 07:30. Please provide your preferred location on the payment page, and the supplier will reconfirm with you;

【Inclusions】：Scenic spot tickets, Japanese‑speaking guide, lunch, round‑trip hotel transfer, round‑trip meeting point transfer;

【Exclusions】：Scenic spot tickets: shooting with an AK‑47 (one of the firearms used during the war), other personal expenses, tips, insurance, lunch beverages, surcharges on public holidays;

【Usage Notes】：

1. Not recommended for persons with limited mobility or pregnant women;

2. Children aged 0 ‑ 4 not occupying a seat are free; children aged 5 and above are charged the same as adults;

3. The supplier will contact you between 16:00 ‑ 20:00 on the day before the experience date to reconfirm the transfer time and location;

4. The supplier may refuse to allow intoxicated persons to participate in the activity without a refund;

5. Pets are not allowed;

6. Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours (local time) before the activity date for a full refund;

7. In case of bad weather or force majeure, the supplier may cancel the booking and arrange a reschedule or full refund;

If your travel date falls on a public holiday, a surcharge is required and should be paid on‑site. Applicable dates:

An additional surcharge of 250,000 Vietnamese Dong per person is required and payable on‑site for travel between 31 December 2025 to 1 January 2026; 14 to 22 February 2026; 29 April to 1 May 2026; 1 to 2 September 2026; and 31 December 2026 to 1 January 2027.

9. Important Notes:

* Please prepare cash, as you will have the opportunity to purchase souvenirs and snacks during scheduled stops.

* Comfortable shoes are recommended as the itinerary involves a lot of walking.

* Be sure to bring insect repellent, as mosquitoes in the countryside can be bothersome.
