【Usage Notes】:
1. Not recommended for persons with limited mobility or pregnant women;
2. Children aged 0 ‑ 4 not occupying a seat are free; children aged 5 and above are charged the same as adults;
3. The supplier will contact you between 16:00 ‑ 20:00 on the day before the experience date to reconfirm the transfer time and location;
4. The supplier may refuse to allow intoxicated persons to participate in the activity without a refund;
5. Pets are not allowed;
6. Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours (local time) before the activity date for a full refund;
7. In case of bad weather or force majeure, the supplier may cancel the booking and arrange a reschedule or full refund;

An additional surcharge of 250,000 Vietnamese Dong per person is required and payable on‑site for travel between 31 December 2025 to 1 January 2026; 14 to 22 February 2026; 29 April to 1 May 2026; 1 to 2 September 2026; and 31 December 2026 to 1 January 2027.
