Surcharge Policy

This is a special early‑bird package for Disney (tickets and hotel) booked 10 days in advance. The listed price is the starting price for selected hotels on selected dates within the validity period and applies only to certain weekdays. Different hotels or dates, or bookings made within 10 days, may incur different surcharges. The exact surcharge amount shall be based on the actual booking. Popular dates may have limited inventory or may be closed. Please book as early as possible after purchase.

Important Notice

During the validity period of the product, hotel prices are subject to fluctuation (including but not limited to weekdays, weekends, and public holidays). Hotels may adjust floating prices and room availability from time to time. Price and inventory changes are frequent. Whether a surcharge is required or whether rooms are available during the second booking shall ultimately be confirmed by the merchant's customer service. The current page price is for reference only. If you do not accept the surcharge, a refund can be arranged.

Children's Policy

(1) Free Admission: Infants aged 3 years or younger on the date of visit; (2) The children's ticket included in the package is for children aged 3 years (inclusive) to 11 years (inclusive) on the date of visit; Entry Method: Enter the park using the ID document reserved at the time of booking; No ticket collection is required; you can enter the park directly; Park Entry Time: 9:00～20:00 (All Shanghai Disneyland times are for reference only); Park Entry Location: Shanghai Disneyland, Pudong New District, Shanghai; Validity Period: Valid within 1 day on the designated visit date (if the ticket holder enters the park multiple times during the visit, the ticket must be presented, and the park staff will verify whether the holder is the same person).

Hotel & Travel Cancellation Policy
