(2)Children aged 0‑14 must be accompanied by a paying adult;

(3)Children aged 15 and above are charged the same as adults;

(2)The activity is suitable for strollers and wheelchairs;

(3)The wheelchair parking area can accommodate wheelchairs up to 70 cm wide, 120 cm long, and 135 cm high. If your wheelchair is larger, or if you have any questions, please contact the operator: customer@city‑sightseeing.com;

(4)The bus can only accommodate one wheelchair in use at a time; you may need to wait for the next bus. If needed, please ask the driver for assistance;

(5)Operating hours are year‑round, except for the Berlin Marathon on 25 September (Sunday);

(6)Small, well‑behaved dogs are welcome, but must remain in a pet carrier at all times;
