Children under 2 years old can enter for free without a ticket; participants aged 18 and above will be charged at the adult price

After activation, it is for single‑person use only and cannot be resold or used by others

Upon receipt of payment, you will receive the Hamburg City Pass in PDF format via email immediately

If you have chosen the Hamburg City Pass including local transport, we recommend printing the pass. However, to enter attractions for free, simply show the code on your smartphone.

Each attraction included in the pass can be visited or used once for free

The Hamburg City Pass including local transport is personal to you; please ensure you carry a valid official photo ID for identification

If you have not received the email from Turbopass, please check your spam or promotions folder. If the email is classified as spam or promotions, look for options such as "Not Spam", "Not Promotions" or "Add Sender to Whitelist".

All attractions included in the Hamburg City Pass, as well as the airport, are located within this valid area

Please note potential closures and special circumstances of individual attractions. Some museums are closed on Mondays, and many are closed on Christmas Eve. If necessary, please check the attraction's website in advance and make a reservation if needed. Contact details can be found in your pass information. For groups of 8 or more, advance booking is recommended for a smooth experience.
