[Tour Start Time] The tour will start approximately 40 minutes to 1 hour after the cruise arrives at the port.
[Flexible Itinerary] The itinerary may be adjusted based on the actual docking time of the cruise in Busan and local traffic conditions. To ensure a timely return, the itinerary may not cover all original attractions. Oryukdo Skywalk and Songdo Beach may be cancelled depending on the cruise's docking and departure times.
[Cruise Information Required] Please provide the name of the cruise you are on when booking. This information is necessary to accurately arrange the pick‑up time and location according to your cruise schedule.
[Infant Policy]: Infants are free of charge but no separate seat will be provided.

Full refund is available before 10:00 AM (KST) 1 day prior to the travel date.
No refund will be provided after 10:00 AM 1 day prior to the travel date.

Pick‑up Time: We will arrange a private car to pick you up at the pier based on your cruise ship's arrival and departure times (approximately 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM).
Itinerary Flexibility: The specific itinerary may be slightly adjusted according to the actual docking time of the cruise ship to ensure you have sufficient time to return.
Meeting Point: Please gather at the pier exit after disembarkation with a guide holding a "Tourstory" flag.
Return‑to‑Harbour Guarantee: We will safely return you to the pier 1 hour before the cruise ship departs, ensuring you board on time.
