Visit the famous Nefertiti Bust (one of the most influential women in ancient Egypt) and the iconic Nefertiti sculpture
Stroll through ancient archaeological discoveries from the Stone Age, Ice Age, Iron Age, and Bronze Age – a memorable history lesson guaranteed
Learn about ancient cultures, their daily lives, and the art and tools that shaped their world, all in Berlin!

The magnificent Neues Museum, located on Berlin's Museum Island, reopened in 2009 after extensive restoration. It houses the 3,300‑year‑old bust of Egyptian Queen Nefertiti, one of the most famous works of the ancient world.
Come face to face with that ancient icon (and more!). Visit the Neues Museum and travel back to the ancient world. This recently restored building is filled with antiquities, treasures, and myths.

You can divide your time between two (equally fascinating) permanent exhibitions: the Egyptian Museum and Papyrus Collection, and the Museum of Prehistory and Early History.
