The Boracay PADI Advanced Open Water Diver (AOW) course is a core programme for diving enthusiasts to break through the basics, build confidence, and comprehensively enhance underwater skills. It also serves as the best introduction to exploring the rich underwater world of Boracay. The course combines a flexible learning model with hands‑on dive training, allowing you to safely and excitingly embark on a deeper underwater adventure in the warm diving atmosphere of the Philippines.

Core Value and Skill Enhancement of the Course
The course takes "Deep Diving + Underwater Navigation" as compulsory core, combined with 3 elective speciality dives (totalling 5 open water dives). Upon completion, you will receive a globally recognised AOW certification, with the maximum diving depth increased from 18 metres (OW) to 30 metres, significantly expanding your exploration range. You will learn to adapt to different diving environments and refine key skills such as buoyancy control, underwater navigation, and deep diving safety, enabling you to be more composed and confident in various sea conditions.

Unique Underwater Experience in Boracay
Boracay is surrounded by excellent dive sites. The course offers the opportunity to explore wreck dives, including shipwrecks and aircraft wrecks, and discover mysterious underwater relics. You can also encounter coral reefs, tropical fish, sea turtles, and a wealth of marine life, experiencing the unique beauty of Boracay's underwater ecosystem. The local instructors are enthusiastic and professional, providing attentive guidance throughout, allowing you to immerse yourself in Filipino hospitality and the local diving culture.

Flexible Online Learning Mode
The course supports PADI eLearning, allowing you to complete the theoretical part anytime, anywhere via computer or mobile phone. Both online and offline learning are available, enabling you to study entirely at your own pace. This significantly saves holiday time, leaving more time for hands‑on underwater exploration. After completing the online theory, you can start the open water practical sessions at a local dive shop in Boracay, making learning both efficient and flexible.
Target Participants
You need to hold a PADI Open Water Diver (OW) certification (or equivalent qualification). The minimum age is 15 (junior AOW requires a minimum age of 12). Whether you aim to improve your diving skills, explore deeper waters, or challenge yourself with exciting activities like wreck diving, this course can fulfill your diving dreams.
