(2) Please note that large backpacks or suitcases are not allowed on the bus, but bags of a size similar to airline carry‑on luggage are permitted;

(3) Please note that luggage storage is not available at the marina. If you bring prohibited luggage, you may miss your boat departure;

(4) Please note that most hostels/hotels in Airlie Beach offer luggage storage services for large items;

(5) Please note that this activity prohibits the carrying of glass bottles of wine, sleeping bags or pillows, passports or important travel documents, shampoo and conditioner, plastic bags;

(6) Please note that it may be cooler in winter and very hot and humid in summer (November to March), especially on the lower deck of the boat. Please be prepared that you may feel slightly uncomfortable sleeping at night;

(7) Please note that the Mandrake has an alcohol policy. Each guest may bring a maximum of 24 cans of beer / 4 litres of cask wine / 1 litre of spirits. Quantities exceeding this will not be allowed on board. All alcoholic beverages, soft drinks and bottled water must be purchased before boarding. (Please note that glass bottles are prohibited on board);

(8) OzSail recommends that guests bring their own seasickness medication, as they are not permitted to provide any medication to guests;

(9) OzSail strongly recommends that all guests purchase travel insurance to cover property loss and medical emergencies (including ambulance services);

(10) Please note that after your sailing adventure, OzSail has reserved VIP seating for you at Beaches Backpackers, with dinner and drinks at 18:30, followed by free entry and additional VIP treatment at Airlie Beach's iconic party venue, Paddy’s Shenanigans. OzSail recommends arriving in Airlie Beach the day before your departure and leaving the day after returning to land to fully enjoy the celebratory party;
