(1) The itinerary involves a lot of walking and climbing stairs, please ensure you have sufficient physical strength to participate;
(2) Public transportation will be used for this itinerary. All trains are non‑reserved seating. Please note that seats are not guaranteed;
(3) The order of activities and arrival times may vary depending on road conditions and congestion at the destinations;
(4) In case of congestion, the itinerary may not be able to enter the Phoenix Hall of Byodo‑in. In this case, a refund of 300 JPY will be provided on‑site;
(5) This is not a bus tour; sightseeing will be done on foot. Please wear comfortable walking shoes;
(6) If the water level of the Uji River is too high, the itinerary may not be able to visit Nakano Island Park;
(7) Depending on the day's conditions, the tea ceremony experience may include matcha or sencha. It cannot be specified, and may be shared with other customers;
(8) The tea ceremony experience will be held in a tatami room, so please wear socks;
(9) Video recording is not allowed in the tea room;
(10) All participants under the age of 18 must obtain written parental consent. Participants under 15 or who have not yet entered secondary school must be accompanied by a parent or guardian;
