Children aged 12 and above are charged the same as adults

Children aged 4 ‑ 11 can enjoy a discounted price

Up to two children aged 0 ‑ 3 can travel for free with their parents or 2 family members

For any additional child beyond the first two (aged 0 ‑ 3), each child must pay 50% of the full buffet price, payable directly to the resort

Resort Policies and Check‑in Information

The day trip resort operates from 08:00 ‑ 17:00

Outside food and drinks are not allowed, except for bottled drinking water. The resort has a restaurant where you can order food and drinks

Pets are not allowed in the resort

Picking flowers or harvesting any agricultural products in the resort is prohibited

This is a smoke‑free premises. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all public areas of the resort according to Davao City ordinances. Violators may be apprehended by the nearest city or municipal smoke‑free task force and will be subject to government sanctions and a hotel cleaning fee of up to PHP 10,000

Due to the feeding schedule for birds and farm animals, shows may not be delayed

No refund will be given for missed shows due to lateness

Shows are subject to weather conditions

Outside food and drinks are prohibited

Pets are not allowed

Bringing the following items is prohibited: Cigarettes / E‑cigarettes

Cancellations made 30 ‑ 15 days before the selected activity date will receive a full refund

Cancellations made 14 ‑ 8 days before the selected activity date will receive a 50% refund. For any refund enquiries, please contact Klook Customer Service

Cancellations made within 7 days or less before the arrival date will incur a charge equal to the total booking amount

In case of bad weather or force majeure, the supplier may cancel the trip and arrange for a reschedule

If an order is cancelled due to force majeure, the supplier has the right to decide whether to accept and approve date or time changes. Klook is not responsible

The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time)
