Insurance, tipping, pick‑up/drop‑off outside the free transfer area, holiday surcharge, other personal expenses;

Children over 120cm in height are charged the same as adults. Children 119cm or below in height are free of charge;

(1) The operator will contact you between 20:00 ‑ 21:00 the day before to confirm the pick‑up time and location. Please check your Messenger application during this period;

(2) Please arrive on time. Arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the activity time;

(3) No luggage storage or transportation service is provided;

(4) No refunds for late arrivals or no‑shows;

(5) All surcharges must be paid in cash to the driver; Holiday surcharge: VND 100,000 per person applies to travel on 31 Dec 2025 ‑ 1 Jan 2026, 16 Feb ‑ 20 Feb 2026, 29 Apr ‑ 1 May 2026, 1 Sep ‑ 2 Sep 2026, and 31 Dec 2026 ‑ 1 Jan 2027. Pay directly on‑site;

(6) The supplier may refuse participation to intoxicated individuals without a refund;

(7) No pets allowed;

(8) This activity is not suitable for the following individuals: people with high blood pressure, epilepsy, heart disease, asthma, other major diseases, pregnant women, people with physical or mental disabilities, and the elderly;
