A physical Lyon City Card must be presented to use the public transport network
The voucher is valid for 1 day from the date of exchange activation
The expiry time is the same exchange activation time on the last day
The travel pass is activated upon first use at a network terminal
The pass is valid consecutively within its validity period, following public transport operating hours from 05:00 to 00:30
The card can be used within 18 months of collection; after expiry, it will be invalid and not replaced
Exchange Instructions: Present the HOPETRIP voucher at any collection point to receive the Lyon City Card
Exchange Remarks: There is no deadline for collection; it can be collected at any time during operating hours
Usage Remarks: After collecting the card, present the physical card and mini‑guide at the attraction ticket office, or show the pass via the mobile app to exchange for an admission ticket
Activation Remarks: The card is automatically activated upon first use of public transport or participation in a tour activity
