　　(10) This e‑voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotional offers or gift vouchers;

　　(11) If the e‑voucher is lost, stolen or damaged, it will not be replaced;

　　(12) The e‑voucher is non‑refundable and cannot be partially or fully exchanged for cash, and the redemption period cannot be extended;

　　(13) Any e‑voucher not redeemed after the redemption period will be void and will not be accepted or refunded;
