Enter through the main entrance of Lyon Confluence shopping centre at 112 Cours Charlemagne, 69002 Lyon; then proceed to the rear of the second floor, next to JoueClub.

Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the scheduled activity time; late or no‑show participants will not be eligible for a refund.

Not suitable for individuals with epilepsy or heart conditions.

The immersive visual experience does not include subtitles; hearing aid users can follow the audio, with sound adjustment available before the experience; prescription glasses wearers can fully enjoy, and staff will assist with adjustments to ensure clarity.

The experience equipment (backpack computer and headset) is incompatible with carrying infants or using a pram.

Use of mobile phones and watches is not permitted during the experience; they can be stored in the venue lockers.
