Join a French pastry and macaron hands‑on workshop taught entirely in English. Over a 2.5‑hour session, learn from scratch how to make two to three classic French desserts, including two flavours of macarons such as chocolate, lemon, caramel or pistachio, along with seasonal pastries like Paris‑Brest, madeleines or chocolate fondant cakes. Through step‑by‑step guidance, uncover the secrets and techniques behind these famous desserts. After baking, relax and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee while tasting your own creations, and feel free to ask the chef any questions. The class ends in a sweet atmosphere — take home a box of pastries you made yourself to share with family and friends, and impress them with your new skills!
