(4) If your reserved time slot is full, your entry time may be adjusted to 30 minutes before or 1 hour after the originally scheduled tour time. Please refer to the information on the ticket you receive;

(5) If you arrive more than 30 minutes after the specified ticket time, entry and waiting conditions will be the same as for other visitors;
