Participants must be at least 6 years old to join this activity;

Although not mandatory, it is recommended to purchase personal accident/travel insurance before joining the activity;

Guests must sign a liability waiver acknowledging they understand the risks of this activity;

For safety reasons, we do not allow pregnant women in their late trimester to ride the hot air balloon. However, we welcome pregnant women in their early and middle trimesters. We strongly recommend consulting your doctor before the flight to understand any health risks and advice. Additionally, our pilot retains the right to refuse a passenger if they deem it necessary for safety, such as during take‑off or landing in windy conditions;

Participants must fill in their weight (in kilograms) on the payment page;

Please do not bring any bags as they are not allowed on the balloon. You may leave them in the ground crew's vehicle during the flight or keep them at home/hotel;

If the flight is cancelled, breakfast will not be provided;
