(3) The operator requires all passengers driving the self‑drive boat to wear a life jacket at all times; those who refuse or are unable to wear one shall not board;

(4) Passengers will receive a safety briefing, and the designated driver must sign to acknowledge and understand the responsibilities of safe navigation;

(5) By boarding York City Cruises, you agree to comply with the code of conduct;

(6) All rentals require a refundable deposit of GBP 40, payable by credit card or cash upon arrival; the deposit may be forfeited if terms are not complied with;
