(4) Any change to a booking must be made 24 hours or more before the scheduled time of the treatment, otherwise the full fee for the treatment will be charged;

(5) If you arrive less than 30 minutes late, the treatment time will be shortened accordingly and the full fee for the treatment will still be charged;

(6) Due to limited space and as we cannot guarantee a reserved slot for you through a third party, we recommend you book directly with Yu House to confirm your appointment and reserve your preferred timeslot. This service requires a reservation. The availability of the desired timeslot is subject to booking status.
