[Pickup Details]:

Please arrive at the pickup point 5 minutes before your selected transfer time

If you cannot find the driver, please contact customer service

[Additional Charges]:

All additional charges must be paid in cash to the driver

Extra stop: SGD 10/stop

Waiting Time: The driver will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes from your scheduled pickup time. If you are delayed, please call the local supplier or the Klook customer service hotline to inform them of the delay. The driver is entitled to charge an additional fee of SGD 20 for every 15 minutes of waiting. If you cannot be contacted after the waiting time, it will be considered a "no show", the driver will leave, and no refund will be given.

Midnight Surcharge: For transfers departing or arriving between 23:00‑07:00, a midnight surcharge of SGD 20 will be added. If your transfer time falls within this period, please select the midnight surcharge at checkout.

Location Surcharge: For transfers to the following locations: Bukit Batok, Jurong Area, Jurong Island, Tuas, Pioneer, Choa Chu Kang, Boon Lay, Bukit Panjang, Woodlands, Sembawang, West Coast, Mandai, an additional SGD 20 surcharge applies

Please note: During peak periods, orders to and from the Kallang and Sports Hub areas may be cancelled at the operator's discretion.

Festive Surcharge: A festive surcharge of SGD 30 will apply for transfers on the eve of a public holiday, the public holiday itself, and the day after.

This is a one‑way transfer service. If you require a round‑trip transfer, please book separately.

Under Singapore law, children under 135cm in height must use a child safety seat appropriate for their height and weight, or a booster cushion to ensure the effectiveness of the seatbelt. If your child is under 135cm in height, please add a child safety seat at checkout.
