(1) Participants must be aged 7 or above to join this activity;

(2) Children aged 7 and above are charged the same as adults;

(3) Group size: 5‑7 persons;

(4) A minimum of 5 participants is required for the tour to run. If the minimum number is not met, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund;

(1) Please select your preferred activity time (10:00 ‑ 18:00) at the checkout page;

(2) Please make your reservation at least 4 hours before your desired activity time;

Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the activity time

(1) Please wait at the hotel lobby 5 minutes before the pick‑up time;

(2) The driver will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes (no refund will be given if you exceed this time);

(3) If you require pick‑up and drop‑off service, please provide the hotel name and address. If not required, please indicate 'No pick‑up needed'. All pick‑up surcharges are to be paid directly to the driver;

(4) If you are not using the pick‑up service, please make your own way to the meeting point;

(1) Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times;

(2) Not recommended for participants with mobility impairments;

(3) Not recommended for participants with conditions such as high blood pressure or epilepsy;

(4) If your hotel is located in the Cenang area, a surcharge of MYR 20 per 3‑seater car / MYR 70 per 10‑seater van applies, payable on‑site;

(5) If your hotel is located in the Kuah area, a surcharge of MYR 80 per 3‑seater car / MYR 130 per 10‑seater van applies, payable on‑site;

(6) If the hotel is located at Berjaya or Danna Century Beach, a surcharge of MYR 100 per 3‑seater car / MYR 150 per 10‑seater van applies, payable on‑site;

(7) For the Tanjung, Datai or Andaman areas, a surcharge of MYR 180 per 3‑seater car / MYR 230 per 10‑seater van applies, payable on‑site;
