(1) Participants must be at least 3 years old to join this activity;

(2) Children aged 3‑12 must be accompanied by a paying adult;

(3) Children aged 13 and above are charged the same as adults;

(1) The supplier will confirm the pick‑up time with you in advance;

(2) Shared transfer time may be earlier or later than scheduled;

(3) Please wait at the hotel lobby 15 minutes before the pick‑up time;

(4) Please fill in the hotel name and address on the payment page;

(5) This price only includes round‑trip transfer service from hotels within the Kuala Lumpur Golden Triangle area (excluding Pudu area);

(6) For pick‑up/drop‑off outside the listed hotels, an additional surcharge of at least MYR 50 or more per person per trip (depending on distance) is required, payable in cash directly to the driver;

(7) The driver will depart on time. If the passenger is late for the pick‑up time, it will be considered a no‑show and no refund will be given;

(1) If your hotel is not within the transfer coverage area, please book the 'Meet at Designated Point' option and meet us at the main entrance of Berjaya Times Square (in front of Starbucks);

(2) For pick‑up/drop‑off outside the listed hotels, a surcharge of at least MYR 50 or more per person per trip (depending on distance) is required, payable in cash directly to the driver;

(3) This activity is not suitable for baby strollers and wheelchairs;

(4) No luggage storage or delivery service is provided;
