(3) Weather conditions and moon phases may affect wildlife viewing. The operator reserves the right to alter or cancel parts of the itinerary due to road closures or other circumstances;

(4) No storage space for prams and large luggage is available on the bus or at the ticket office. Please leave them in the car or hotel room;

(5) The rainforest walk requires low to moderate physical fitness, proceeding along clearly marked trails and boardwalks;

(6) Southern Cross Tours may alter or cancel any part of the itinerary due to road closures, weather, suppliers, or other operational conditions;

(7) If Southern Cross vehicles are unavailable, other vehicles may be used;

(8) Itinerary times are approximate, based on the departure and return times of the Aquaduck from the Surfers Paradise Aquaduck ticket office;

(9) Any person under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over;

(10) This itinerary has a minimum group size requirement. If the number of participants is insufficient, the trip may be cancelled, and an alternative option or full refund will be arranged;
