Brisbane 1-Hour Hot Air Balloon Flight Experience

Participants must be aged 6 or above; children aged 6‑12 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

(1) A minimum of 4 participants is required for this activity. If the minimum number is not met, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund;

(2) Group size: 1‑10 persons;

(3) Passengers weighing over 130kg are unfortunately unable to participate in this activity;

(4) Weight is an important factor during hot air balloon flights. Passengers weighing 115kg or more may be required to pay a 50% surcharge;

(1) Meet the pilot between 4:00‑6:00 and arrive 45 minutes before sunrise (Summer: 4:00, Spring/Autumn: 4:45‑5:30, Winter: 6:00);

(2) Travel with the pilot to the launch site;

(3) Assist with inflating the hot air balloon;

(4) Enjoy a 1‑hour scenic hot air balloon flight with in‑flight commentary from the pilot;

(5) Help deflate the hot air balloon after landing;

(6) Return to Ipswich for a hearty breakfast at a fine restaurant (optional);

(7) The activity ends at 08:00‑10:00, with an option for transport back to Brisbane;

(1) This activity is not recommended for pregnant women;

(2) Enjoy breakfast after the flight at Fourth Child Restaurant, just a 5‑minute walk away. Passengers can enjoy a hot freshly cooked breakfast (four choices), a glass of sparkling wine, and receive a personalised commemorative flight certificate;

(3) This itinerary only includes all transfer services involved in the flight activity (e.g., from meeting point to launch site, landing site, and to the restaurant as applicable);

(4) Transfer services from accommodation are not provided;

(5) If you wish to take the train back to Brisbane before or after breakfast, you can request the operator to drop you off at the train station;

(6) If you prefer to stay locally in Ipswich, closer to the meeting point, please refer to the Hot Air Balloon Meeting Point and Breakfast Location Map;

(3) Train: A 500‑metre walk from the train station to Fourth Child Restaurant;
