The 4‑seater vehicle is a Toyota or equivalent; the 8‑seater vehicle is a T5/T6/VITO or equivalent. Children must be counted as passengers.

Standard luggage dimensions: 23cm x 36cm x 56cm. Oversized luggage counts as 2 pieces, each passenger may carry up to 1 piece. Pets, snowboards, surfboards, wheelchairs, golf bags and other large items are not allowed in the vehicle.

All surcharges must be paid in cash directly to the driver;

(1) Surcharge for exceeding service area: Beitou, Tianmu, Yangmingshan front mountain, Songshan Airport pick‑up, Banqiao, Xizhi, Shenkeng, Xindian, Xinzhuang surcharge TWD300; Tamsui, Bali, Linkou, Wugu, Taishan, Yingge, Sanxia, Shulin, Tucheng, Shiding, Keelung City surcharge TWD500; Yangmingshan back mountain, Wanli, Jinshan, Shimen, Sanzhi, Wulai, Pinglin, Shuangxi, Pingxi, Ruifang surcharge TWD800; Gongliao, Taoyuan City area, Taoyuan Airport transfer surcharge TWD1000; Zhongli surcharge TWD1200; Daxi Westin Hotel, Daban root Forest Hot Spring Hotel surcharge TWD1400; locations not listed and not in Taipei city centre, the surcharge will be advised separately by HOPETRIP customer service;

(2) Additional stop surcharge: adding one stop within 5km along the route costs TWD200; stops exceeding 5km are not accepted;

(3) Child seat surcharge: According to Taiwan traffic regulations, infants and young children aged 0‑4 must use a child safety seat. Each seat costs TWD100; maximum 1 seat for a 5‑seater vehicle, maximum 2 seats for a 9‑seater vehicle;

During the Lunar New Year holiday 2022/01/31‑2022/02/06, only round‑trip vehicle service is provided, regardless of vehicle type, with an additional surcharge of TWD500

The voucher is valid only for the specified date and time. Please present the e‑voucher upon use; the order is confirmed immediately. If you do not receive a confirmation message, please contact customer service.
