Taking the bus to the airport: Upon arrival at Naha Airport, the alighting point is on the 3rd floor departure level between the domestic and international terminals

Redeemed tickets are non‑transferable

The vehicle is suitable for carrying prams and wheelchairs

Child seats are not provided on the bus

This is a one‑way ticket. If you need a round‑trip ticket, you must place a separate order.

Please be sure to print your voucher and present it to the driver when boarding the bus on the day. If you fail to show a printed voucher, you will not be allowed to board.

Please allow sufficient time for the bus journey, as delays may occur due to bad weather, traffic control, traffic congestion, etc. We are not responsible for any bus delays and will not provide compensation.

The airport bus uses a fixed seat system; standing is prohibited. Please note that if all seats are full, please use the auxiliary seats; the fare for auxiliary seats remains the same.

The airport bus does not have assigned seating. All passengers will board in the order they are waiting at each stop, so please arrive at the bus stop early when taking the bus.

Please note that no refund will be given if you miss the bus on the day due to lateness or other reasons.

Large luggage should be placed in the luggage compartment (golf bags, large luggage, etc. should be placed in the luggage compartment underneath the bus). Please note that due to the structure of the bus, items such as large surfboards may not be storable.

The airport bus is not a low‑floor vehicle; wheelchairs cannot be directly pushed onto the bus. Please note that folding wheelchairs can be stored in the luggage compartment, but electric wheelchairs cannot be used inside the bus cabin.
