Those prone to seasickness should bring their own motion sickness medication
The mask does not have prescription lenses; those with myopia should wear contact lenses
Follow the instructor's instructions during the course to ensure personal safety
Individuals with conditions such as high blood pressure or epilepsy are not recommended to participate in this activity
