This activity is not recommended for pregnant women; participants should be in good physical condition, without major knee, hip or back problems, fractures or recent surgical history, and able to stand independently for 1 hour; the noise from the hot air balloon burner may startle young children; the activity is not suitable for prams and wheelchairs
Tripods can be used inside the hot air balloon basket; you may bring a small camera for ease of movement
Waterproof shoes; clothing suitable for walking or hiking and closed‑toe shoes; wear comfortable clothing to cope with the cooler ground temperature in the early morning; it is recommended to wear layers that are easy to take off as the temperature rises after sunrise

A hot air balloon ride is an adventure activity. Although there is no fixed schedule, your entire experience, including the post‑flight breakfast, will take approximately 3.5 ‑ 4.5 hours. The pilot and crew will greet you at the designated time at the Camden Valley Inn on Cawdor Memorial Drive. Your Camden hot air balloon flight will begin with a short trip to the launch site.
After arriving at the launch site, it takes about 25 minutes for the hot air balloon to inflate and stand upright for boarding. The gentle morning breeze will softly push the balloon to drift slowly; you will feel very safe in the basket, barely noticing any movement.
