Entry Rules: Single entry only, one voucher per person; all visitors and their belongings are subject to security screening; valid tickets must be presented for entry

Dress Code: Socks are required in certain exhibition areas (bringing spare socks is recommended); shoes must be removed in some shallow water areas, with shorts or rolled‑up trousers required; certain exhibitions require visitors to remove their shoes

Safety Restrictions: Rides may have height, weight and lower limb mobility restrictions (subject to ride and manufacturer specifications); attractions or facilities may be temporarily closed during inclement weather, maintenance or troubleshooting

Prohibited Items: Water bottles, alcoholic beverages, drones, selfie sticks (including monopods and tripods), lighters, candles, professional cameras, outside food and drinks; pets (except guide dogs with identification)

From Manila, take the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) and the Alabang‑Calamba‑Sto. Tomas Expressway (ACTEX), connect to Star Tollway and drive 5 kilometres, then exit at Tanauan exit; after leaving the toll gate, turn right onto Brgy. Santor National Road and drive along until the “J Castles Happy Place” sign appears on the right.
