Children over 61cm in height are charged the same as adults; no age or vaccination status restrictions; guide dogs (with valid identification) are allowed to accompany.

No outside food, drinks, dangerous items (e.g., bottles, firecrackers, laser pointers) or non‑guide dog pets are allowed on premises; intoxicated persons may be denied entry without refund; smoking and alcohol consumption are prohibited inside; violators will be asked to leave; personal photography is permitted, but commercial photography and copyright programme live streaming are prohibited; flash must be off when using cameras; the activity is suitable for prams and wheelchairs.
