(1) Children with a height between 95 cm and 140 cm can wear children's kimono;

(2) Families with children, please note that no refund will be given due to child's emotional issues;

(3) The maximum waist and hip measurement for adult kimono is 110 cm;

(4) This activity is not recommended for pregnant women

If you arrive 30 minutes after the selected time, our on‑site staff will reschedule your experience

(1) This activity is not recommended for pregnant women;

(2) If the trip is cancelled due to bad weather, we will notify you by email 3 days in advance;

(3) The store provides changing rooms for both men and women;

(4) Free storage for personal belongings is available in the store. Please keep valuables with you. The supplier is not responsible for any loss;

(5) The photography service will be conducted outdoors. The photographer will select the photos, and they will be sent via email within 3 working days after the shoot. Please remember to download the photos within 15 days of receiving the email to avoid the link expiring. Additional fees apply for extra photo retouching; please inform the store on the day of the shoot;

(6) Rented kimono must be returned before 17:00 (Japan local time) on the same day. Returning between 17:30‑18:00 incurs a late fee of JPY1,000/person (excluding tax). Returning after 18:00 is considered an overnight rental, and a late fee of JPY1,000‑5,000 (excluding tax) will be charged depending on the kimono type;

(7) Please ensure the kimono is returned in good condition. Non‑washable stains (paint, ink) and damage (tears, burns, holes, etc.) will incur a compensation fee of 3 times the cost (excluding tax);

(8) Disabled individuals can participate in this experience but must be accompanied by a companion. Only the Asakusa Station Front store is suitable for wheelchair users
