Car: Approximately 2‑hour drive from Port Douglas. The Daintree River Ferry operates daily from 6:00 AM to midnight, with a round‑trip fee of 45 AUD per vehicle. Please note that during peak hours, the ferry may have a waiting time of over 2 hours, and Google Maps does not account for these delays. Please plan your itinerary accordingly.

The zipline tour offers an excellent opportunity for visitors of all ages and abilities, showcasing the World Heritage‑listed Daintree Rainforest and National Park. After putting on a harness and receiving a safety briefing, visitors begin their journey with three zip lines spanning 15‑35 metres, which lead them to an 8‑metre‑high enclosed 360‑degree viewing platform. A spectacular 130‑metre dual zipline completes the tour.

Please note: The zip line is designed to allow visitors to fly at a gentle and relaxed pace to enjoy the tranquility of the rainforest! Some lighter flyers may stop before reaching the end, but do not worry! Our team is trained to assist everyone.

Q: Do I need to book in advance? Is it easy to sell out?
A: It is strongly recommended to book in advance on the official website, as daily slots are limited, especially during peak season (June to October) when it often sells out weeks in advance.
Q: Are there any age or health restrictions?
A: Participants must be at least 12 years old and weigh between 40 and 120 kilograms. Pregnant women, and those with heart conditions, serious back injuries, or recent surgeries are not recommended to participate. The activity requires moderate physical fitness, including climbing stairs.
Q: What should I wear? What should I bring?
A: Please wear lightweight long pants and closed‑toe shoes (sneakers are best), and avoid loose clothing. Full safety gear is provided. It is recommended to bring insect repellent, sunglasses, and a small water bottle. Lockers are available on site.
Q: Will it be cancelled if it rains?
A: It proceeds as usual in light rain, as the rainforest ecology becomes even more vibrant. It will only be cancelled in extreme weather (such as lightning or strong winds), with arrangements for rescheduling or a full refund.

A: Located in the central area of Cape Tribulation, self‑driving visitors can park in the dedicated car park. There are also several shuttle services available for day trips departing from Cairns.
