Children aged 0‑3 can enter for free; children's tickets are applicable for ages 4‑14.
Opening hours from Monday to Sunday are 09:30‑15:30.
Please present the electronic voucher and enter directly.

The activity is suitable for bringing prams and wheelchairs.

The Australian Butterfly Sanctuary is a popular tourist attraction located in Kuranda Village, Queensland. It is the largest butterfly house in Australia, dedicated to conserving and showcasing Australia's vibrant butterfly species in a lush rainforest setting. You will be able to get up close to these beautiful butterflies and capture their stunning beauty.
There are many native Australian species here, as well as butterflies from around the world. You will discover fascinating information about them, as well as the many myths, legends and folktales about butterflies within the sanctuary. Make sure to wear bright colours (we recommend red or hot pink) so that these beautiful and colourful creatures will flutter around you as you stroll through!
