Valid throughout the promotional period. The voucher is valid for 90 days from the order confirmation date and expires at 23:59 on the last day.

Present e‑voucher

(1) Children aged 0‑1 are free of charge;

(2) One adult with a rail pass may bring up to two children aged 1 to 5 for free, provided the children do not occupy seats. From the third child onwards, a child rail pass must be purchased for each child;

(3) JR Pass is only applicable to non‑Japanese passport holders with a "Temporary Visitor" visa. Non‑Japanese passport holders with permanent residence in Japan are not eligible to use it;

(4) Upon entry, please obtain the "Temporary Visitor" stamp/sticker in order to use the JR Pass legally. If you use automated gates, you will not be able to obtain the above stamp/sticker;

(2) Please go to the green ticket machine, scan the QR code on the e‑voucher and your non‑Japanese passport to collect the physical ticket;

(7) Reserved seat tickets can be exchanged unlimited times, but for the seventh exchange and onwards, manual reservation at the green counter is required, as the machine cannot process the exchange directly;
