Explore the Prime Meridian at the Royal Observatory Greenwich, and uncover the mysteries of the universe beneath its copper dome. In the afternoon, head to Cambridge, where a Mandarin‑speaking guide will take you to see the painted vaulted ceiling of King's College and the Xu Zhimo poetry stone, and stroll by Newton's apple tree while hearing fascinating anecdotes. You may choose an immersive tour of the King's College cloisters, or go punting on the River Cam, watching the reflections of Trinity College overlap with the centuries‑old bridge arches — a single day to experience the wisdom of the Age of Sail and the poetic beauty of Cambridge intertwined across time and space!

▲Under the night sky, the dome of the Royal Observatory stands serene, composing a cosmic poem with the brilliant starry river

The Royal Observatory Greenwich, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Stand with one foot on each side of the Prime Meridian and feel the unique experience of being in both the Eastern and Western Hemispheres at once. Touch Flamsteed House, built in the 17th century, and learn how early astronomers explored the universe with giant telescopes; in the time gallery, see the original marine chronometers that once determined world time, and understand how "Greenwich Mean Time" became the global standard.

Climb to the Observatory lawn to overlook the Baroque architecture of the Old Royal Naval College, and gaze at the stunning skyline of the financial district where old and new merge. If time permits, you may also visit the nearby Cutty Sark sailing ship and feel the glory of the great Age of Exploration.

▲Gliding slowly by punt upon the shimmering waters of Cambridge, encountering ancient bridges and the gentleness of time

The University of Cambridge, with its 800‑year history. Following in the poetic footsteps of "Saying Goodbye to Cambridge Again", stroll before the majestic Gothic chapel of King's College and marvel at the architectural wonders of its fan vaulting and stained glass; cross the Mathematical Bridge and appreciate its beauty of mechanics, then search for the descendant of Newton's apple tree in the courtyard of Trinity College, soaking in the scholarly atmosphere that once hosted luminaries such as Bacon and Byron.

The highlight, however, is the punting experience on the River Cam (optional activity). Board a flat‑bottomed boat and glide along the river, admiring the Bridge of Sighs at St John's College and the wooden buildings of Queens' College from the best vantage point, as the boatman regales you with anecdotes about each college, letting you feel the poetic realm of "the golden willows by the riverside, brides in the setting sun".
