"Citybus Sightseeing" Hong Kong Hop-on Hop-off Open-top Bus

Hong Kong's "City Sightseeing" operates a total of 5 day tour and 1 night tour open‑top sightseeing bus routes. When tourists ride on this unique air‑conditioned open‑top double‑decker bus, they can not only enjoy a panoramic view of Hong Kong's fascinating scenery, but also purchase the corresponding Citybus+ Tourist Pass, which allows them to hop on and off at their favourite attractions and easily explore different sights across Hong Kong. The frequency of buses on each "City Sightseeing" route may be adjusted according to passenger demand. Passengers can check the estimated arrival times via the "City Sightseeing" App before boarding.

With just one ticket, you can travel through the city centre, the Peak, Stanley or Shek O and many other popular attractions, making it easy for visitors to experience Hong Kong in their own way, or even explore different corners in depth.

Explorer (48 hours)

What's included:

Each customer may only carry items with a total weight not exceeding 5 kg and a total volume not exceeding 0.1 cubic metres on board, and all items or luggage brought on board must not be hazardous or offensive in any way.

Such items or luggage must not occupy any seat, nor be placed in the aisle or on the stairs of the bus.

What's not included: tour guide, food and drinks, other personal expenses

Other notices:

1. Guests are required to use the ticket on the travel date selected at the time of booking

2. For safety reasons, there is a maximum passenger capacity on the bus. If the number of users on the day is high, guests may need to wait for the next bus or reschedule their use. Please arrange your itinerary as early as possible.

Redemption method:

1. Please download the "觀光城巴 HK City Sightseeing" application from the App Store or Google Play Store first

2. Use the mobile phone camera to scan the redemption QR code on the confirmation email via the "觀光城巴 HK City Sightseeing" application, or upload the redemption QR code from the confirmation email from your phone's photo gallery (or manually enter the 20‑character redemption code below the QR code on this page)

3. The application will redeem and store the pass you have purchased

4. Before boarding, please open the application and select the appropriate ticket to prepare the dynamic boarding QR code

5. When boarding, please present and verify the boarding QR code at the blue electronic payment machine on the bus

* The redemption code in the email cannot be used for boarding; please redeem the bus ticket via the "觀光城巴 HK City Sightseeing" application first. *

* Please do not reproduce or alter the redemption QR code on this email in any form, otherwise the redemption will become invalid directly.

* Lost or damaged redemption QR codes will not be reissued.

* Each redemption QR code and the QR code in the application are only valid for one passenger to ride.

* Tickets are only valid for the named ticket holder and cannot be transferred or resold.

* Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

* Each adult passenger may bring along up to two children under the age of four who do not occupy a seat free of charge.

* Citybus reserves the right to terminate or amend promotional offers and/or change these terms and conditions at any time.

* "City Sightseeing": Ticket holders can collect one single‑use priority boarding certificate at the service counter at Pier 6, Central (valid for one use only on designated departures from Central; not applicable at other stops). Please notify the platform staff before queuing for arrangement. Daily quota is limited and available on a first‑come, first‑served basis

* "City Sightseeing": The priority boarding pass cannot be used as a ticket. A valid ticket must also be presented upon boarding

* "City Sightseeing": The priority boarding pass is only valid for designated dates and designated departures

* "City Sightseeing": Boarding order is determined by the sequence of arriving at the designated queuing area before the departure time

* "City Sightseeing" terminus boarding location: "City Sightseeing" terminus (outside Pier 6, Central)

* "City Sightseeing" service counter opening hours: Daily from 10:30 am to 10:00 pm.

* Ticket allows unlimited rides on Citybus H1, H2 and H2K routes within 48 hours

* H1 & H2 routes: Departures every 60 minutes.

* H2K route: 19:00 ‑ 20:00 time slot, departures every 60 minutes / 20:00 ‑ 21:00 time slot, departures every 30 minutes.

* If the open‑top sightseeing bus cannot operate due to mechanical breakdown or adverse weather conditions, Citybus reserves the right to arrange alternative air‑conditioned buses to continue the journey. Citybus also reserves the right to change service hours, frequencies, routes and bus stop locations at any time due to traffic, weather or other factors without prior notice. Citybus shall not be liable for any losses incurred by passengers as a result of the above or any other reasons, and accepts no responsibility whatsoever.

Voyager (72 hours)

· Route description:

Valid for 72 hours, you can hop on any Citybus route to visit popular attractions across Hong Kong.

Ride the open‑top bus to enjoy panoramic city views, and leisurely travel to attractions, hotels, the airport and border checkpoints. 

Passengers can ride on all "City Sightseeing" open‑top bus routes, all Citybus franchised routes, joint venture cross‑harbour bus routes (Citybus departures only), Citybus overnight routes, special services (including racecourse routes), border checkpoint routes B3 series, B5, B7, B8 and Citybus countryside routes. 

Also includes all Citybus Airport Express A routes, NA routes, Citybus North Lantau routes E and S routes, Disneyland route R8 (Citybus departures only), as well as routes B5, X1, N11, N21, N21A, N23, N26 and N29

What's included:

Night Tour Route H2K – Hong Kong Night Tour

The night tour route H2K departs from Central (Star Ferry Pier), looping around Hong Kong Island and Kowloon's urban hotspots, offering breathtaking views of Hong Kong. After departure, the bus first passes along the Wan Chai waterfront, allowing you to view the Kowloon skyline from afar. It then goes through the cross‑harbour tunnel, heading to Temple Street in Jordan and the West Kowloon Cultural District, before entering the dazzling Tsim Sha Tsui, allowing you to experience the vibrant nightlife of Nathan Road, as well as heading to the Star Ferry Pier or the Tsim Sha Tsui East Avenue of Stars waterfront to admire the Hong Kong Island skyline. After leaving Tsim Sha Tsui, the bus goes through the cross‑harbour tunnel again, returning to Hong Kong Island, passing through Causeway Bay before returning to Central (Star Ferry Pier) to end the tour.

Service hours: Departing from Central (Star Ferry Pier): Daily at 19:00, 20:00, 20:30, 21:00, 21:30, 22:00
