Refundable and changeable before voucher redemption, subject to a 10% handling fee. The voucher is valid for 90 days from the order confirmation date and expires at 23:59 on the last day.
An e‑ticket will be received upon online booking. Upon arrival, proceed to the designated e‑ticket lane and present the QR code or confirmation code for scanning verification to enter.

(2) Each adult ticket holder may bring up to 2 children aged 1‑5 free of charge (children must not occupy a separate seat); from the 3rd child onwards, a child ticket must be purchased;
(3) The JR Pass is only applicable to non‑Japanese passport holders with a "Temporary Visitor" visa. Non‑Japanese passport holders with permanent residency in Japan are not eligible;
(4) Upon entry, please obtain the "Temporary Visitor" stamp/sticker to use the JR Pass legally. If using automated gates, the aforementioned stamp/sticker cannot be obtained;

General Rules and Important Notes
1. Purchase and Exchange:
Book exchange vouchers overseas through designated travel agencies or the official website. Upon arrival in Japan, exchange for the physical pass at a JR Kyushu counter (a passport with a short‑term tourist visa is required).
Set the start date after exchange (valid within 1 month of exchange).


2. Usage Restrictions:
For personal use only; no reissue if lost.
Not valid on private railways, subways, buses, or prohibited Shinkansen sections (e.g., Kokura–Hakata section).
3. Seat Reservation:
Reserve in advance via the JR official website or station Midori‑no‑Madoguchi counters. Advance planning is recommended during peak seasons.
4. Children's Policy:
Children aged 6‑11 are charged half price, calculated based on age on the day of purchase.
