The ski resort is a high‑risk sports venue. Ice and snow sports involve certain dangers. Children under 1 metre in height, seniors aged 60 or above, persons with disabilities, persons under the influence of alcohol, persons with hypertension, heart disease, and others who are unsuitable for participating in the various activities of the Ice World are not permitted to enter. Children are not entitled to free admission; please purchase tickets as normal. Minors are recommended to be accompanied by an adult with the ability to provide safety supervision, who should purchase a ticket to accompany them during the visit.

(1) The temperature inside the ski resort is approximately ‑6°C. The venue only provides thermal tops; please bring your own other thermal equipment.

(2) The resort features real ice and real snow. When entering the snow play area to play or view the snow, please follow the instructions on the on‑site notice boards. Do not chase or run in the snow area. The snow is slippery; please be careful and stay safe.

(3) Visitors who violate the venue regulations and refuse to heed the staff's advice will be asked to leave the snow play area, and no refund will be given for any fees already paid.

(4) Please keep your QR code safe. Guests must use the same QR code when entering and exiting the venue turnstiles and collecting equipment. Any loss caused by mixing up QR codes shall be borne by the guest. Please take good care of the facilities, items and equipment in the venue. Any damage or loss must be compensated according to the price.

(5) Please store your personal belongings in the lockers and do not leave them lying around. Do not bring valuables into the venue. The venue is not responsible for loss or damage caused by your own negligence, and shall not bear any liability for safekeeping or compensation.

(6) Please take care of the landscape architecture. Do not touch, climb or damage the scenery. Any damage must be compensated according to the price.

(7) All sports carry risks. Before entering the venue, all visitors are required to read the "Accident Liability Waiver" and "Visitor Notice" carefully. In case of an emergency, please remain calm and wait for assistance from the staff.

(8) During the year‑round operating hours of the Ice World, there may be temporary closures due to equipment maintenance or special events. Please refer to the on‑day announcements for details.

(9) In the event of any changes, the on‑day announcements of the Ice World shall prevail. Alpine Ice World reserves the right of final interpretation of the above terms.

(10) Please read this notice carefully before purchasing tickets. Purchasing a ticket is deemed as acceptance of the terms of this notice.

(11) Alpine Ice World has a separate entrance, and there is no need to purchase an additional ticket for Window of the World.

For the 2‑hour ticket, it is recommended that the latest entry time on weekdays is 18:30, and on weekends and public holidays it is 19:00.

For the 3‑hour ticket, it is recommended that the latest entry time on weekdays is 17:30, and on weekends and public holidays it is 18:00.

(1) The ticket is only valid for a single entry and exit of the venue on the day of the visit, one QR code per person. It will be void after the expiry date.

(2) To ensure a safe and worry‑free play experience for visitors, Alpine Ice World has implemented a time‑slot and flow control measure. Please enter during the time slot you have purchased. Visitors who purchase an evening ticket should note the latest closing time of the day and plan their entry time accordingly to avoid insufficient play time. If guests are unable to enjoy the full play duration included in the ticket due to personal reasons, no extension or refund of the ticket will be provided. Your understanding is appreciated.

(3) The timing rule of Alpine Ice World is that timing starts when the timing wristband is collected and ends when the wristband is returned. If the time exceeds the ticket type's duration, it will be considered overtime, and the difference must be paid according to the on‑site published rates.

*The SMS QR code is used for entering and exiting the venue turnstiles. You may take a screenshot of it for easy presentation. Please keep it safe and do not disclose it to others. If you are unable to enter the venue due to personal reasons such as disclosure or loss of the QR code, you will need to purchase a new ticket.

(1) Scan your ticket QR code to enter Alpine Ice World;

(2) Proceed to the equipment collection area;

(3) Present your QR code to collect the ski suit and ski boots;

(4) Change into the attire;

(5) Collect the snowboard and helmet;

(6) Collect the timing wristband (timing starts);

(7) Enter the ski hall in an orderly manner;

(8) Return the timing wristband (timing ends);

(9) Change back into your own clothes;

(10) Return the ski suit and ski boots;

(11) Scan your QR code to exit the turnstiles;
