Open from 09:00 to 16:30

(1) The following persons are strictly prohibited from visiting: infants carried in arms and their carers, pregnant women, and visitors with mental illness, heart disease, high blood pressure, acrophobia, intoxication, or any other conditions unsuitable for visiting; visitors aged 70 or above must sign a health declaration before visiting.

(2) Children under 1.2 metres are admitted free of charge and must be accompanied by an adult. Each paying adult may bring one free‑of‑charge child. Children over 1.2 metres must purchase an adult ticket.

(3) Smoking is strictly prohibited in the scenic area. Bringing pets up the mountain is strictly prohibited. It is also strictly prohibited to bring sharp objects, blunt instruments, drones, flammable or explosive dangerous items; except for small personal bags (wallets, handbags, waist bags) and mobile phones, large items must not be carried and should be stored at the visitor centre luggage storage.

(4) For your safety and the safety of others, visitors wearing bare feet, high heels, using walking sticks, in wheelchairs, or wearing spiked shoes are not allowed to participate in the tour.

(5) To keep the glass platform/bridge surface smooth and clean, please wear the special shoe covers provided.

(6) Follow the staff's instructions and queue up to enter the bridge/platform. Do not push, jostle, fight, chase, jump, or throw objects. Do not play in the water or lean on the railings to prevent leaning over and accidents.

(7) When the glass platform/bridge reaches its capacity limit, please follow the staff's instructions and visit in batches for your safety and the safety of others.

(8) In the event of severe weather, the scenic area may suspend operations temporarily. Please handle ticket refunds or date changes promptly. In case of an emergency, follow the staff's instructions and evacuate to a safe area in an orderly manner.

(9) Visitors accompanied by children or elderly persons should always look after them, pay attention to safety, and prevent them from getting lost.

(10) In accordance with the relevant requirements of government departments for the safe operation of tourism enterprises, and to ensure the safe operation of the scenic area's glass bridge, all visitors going up the mountain for the tour will be subject to security checks. The following items are strictly prohibited from being brought onto the glass bridge: backpacks, drones, high heels, spiked shoes, metal/glass cups, children's strollers, suitcases, pets, controlled knives, flammable and explosive items, toxic and hazardous items, and other dangerous items. Before visiting the glass bridge, visitors must store items other than dangerous or prohibited items at the scenic area's luggage storage in advance and cooperate with the security check.

(1) Do not bring car keys, mobile phones, cameras, necklaces, bracelets, watches, or similar items onto the raft to avoid loss or getting wet. The company shall not be liable for any loss or damage to such items during the rafting process. These items should be stored at the visitor centre luggage storage.

(2) The following persons are strictly prohibited from participating in rafting: males aged 60 (inclusive) or above / females aged 55 (inclusive) or above, children under 1.2 metres (excluding), persons under the influence of alcohol, disabled persons, pregnant women, or visitors with mental illness, heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, fractures, lumbar disc herniation, or other related conditions, to prevent accidents.

(3) Before rafting, you must wear the life jacket and helmet as required. During the rafting process, it is strictly prohibited to remove the helmet to splash water, to get off the raft to play in the water, or to stand on the raft.

(4) Always hold onto the safety belt on the inside of the raft, pay attention to signs and warnings along the way, and follow the staff's instructions.

(5) When going through drops, hold onto the safety rope tightly, tuck your feet in, lean your body towards the centre of the raft, and go with the current.

(6) If the raft capsizes, stay calm and quickly get to the shore or seek help from the river safety personnel.

(7) If the raft gets stuck in a whirlpool, patiently adjust the direction and centre of gravity of the rubber raft. Do not get off to push the raft, and promptly seek help from the river safety personnel.

(8) Generally, one raft can seat 2 persons. The specific arrangement is subject to the coordination of the on‑site staff.
