To avoid unpleasant experiences such as traffic jams, we recommend taking the MTR for a green commute. Take Line 2/8 directly to "Xiaomeisha Station" and walk about 8 minutes from Exit A/C to arrive.

Security check process: All handbags, packages and other items carried by visitors must undergo security screening before entering the park.

To ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all guests, the following activities are prohibited:

　　(1) Ticket touting, demonstrations, protests, petitioning or soliciting;

　　(2) Selling, renting, exchanging, distributing or displaying goods or services without our prior written consent, including but not limited to any form of guided tour services, photography services, products and services provided by the park, or any other types of items;

　　(3) Holding gatherings, speeches, themed activities, performances or performance art without our prior written consent;

　　(4) Any illegal, dangerous, disorderly, disruptive, destructive, or offensive behaviour towards other visitors and team members, or any behaviour that may endanger others;

　　(5) Photography for commercial purposes (e.g. wedding photos, portrait shoots), photography activities that obstruct others, and dissemination to the public (e.g. materials involving the privacy of others in live streams and short videos);

　　(6) Operating drones, remote‑controlled aircraft, flying kites, etc.

　　(7) Any behaviour that may interfere with the operation of Xiaomeisha Ocean World and its related facilities.

For rides, exhibition halls, theatres and ambience performances, please note the following:

　　(1) In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Tourism Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Special Equipment Safety Law of the People's Republic of China", the park will regularly carry out maintenance on rides, which may result in delays or temporary closures of rides during this period. Please refer to park announcements or the corresponding notices at the rides for details.

　　(2) If any abnormality or malfunction occurs during the operation of a ride, it must be shut down for inspection and repair. During this time, please follow the arrangements of the on‑site park staff and choose to enjoy other attractions.

　　(3) In the event of inclement weather or other natural disasters and other force majeure circumstances, rides that do not meet safe operating standards will be closed or partially closed; theatre and outdoor ambience performances that do not meet performance standards will be cancelled or partially cancelled.

　　(4) Pregnant women, and visitors with heart disease, hypertension, mental illness, those under the influence of alcohol, the elderly, and those in poor physical condition are restricted from riding all rides in the park. Before boarding any ride, it will depend on the specific safety rules (e.g. height restrictions, physical health restrictions). Please carefully read the visitor notices for the rides.

　　(5) Please do not touch or feed the animals in the park at will. When visiting exhibition halls / watching theatre performances, please do not use flash photography or tap on the exhibition tanks inside the halls / theatres.

　　(6) The park places visitor safety as its top priority. The park may, from time to time, change the operating hours of rides and theatres within the park, limit visitor flow, control the number of admissions, or restrict or stop the sale of ticket products based on public security regulations, safety and order, or when the park deems it necessary, taking into account park visitor numbers, weather conditions or specific programmes. Such changes will not be notified separately and are considered force majeure.

　　(7) If the park is hosting important receptions or large‑scale events, the attractions within the park will also be temporarily adjusted, including but not limited to the closure of certain areas such as feeding areas, commentary areas and animal areas. Please pay attention to the park's announcements or broadcasts on the day.

　　(8) Please plan your itinerary reasonably according to the waiting times and opening hours of the rides, exhibition halls and theatres. During the park's operating hours on the day, visitors may not be able to watch and experience all theatre performances and rides.

　　(9) Please take care of and supervise the elderly and children accompanying you at all times to ensure their safety. Please ensure that children do not run, chase, climb over railings, sit or stand on fences and railings in the park, and keep them away from water sources to ensure their safety.

　　(10) For your safety, please follow all safety notices within the park and the instructions and requirements issued by on‑site staff.

　　(11) For the safety and comfort of all visitors, the park reminds visitors that strollers are not permitted in exhibition halls, theatres, and certain restaurants. Please follow on‑site notices and staff instructions for passage. Please park strollers in the designated stroller parking areas within the park. Please note that these areas are unattended. Be sure to remove all personal belongings from the stroller when leaving. Visitors should always keep an eye on their personal belongings (including items in the stroller and the stroller itself, and are responsible for their own safety).

　　(12) You should always keep an eye on your personal belongings and are responsible for their own safety.

Our rights:

　　We may take video recordings, photographs and audio recordings within the park. Your entry into the park will be deemed as your consent to being filmed, photographed and recorded, and your consent to our use of images and/or recordings containing your likeness and voice for our business, administrative and operational purposes or other directly related purposes, for purposes of complying with legal, safety or security requirements, or for other lawful purposes.

Extreme weather, inclement weather or air quality conditions will affect our operations (e.g. heavy rain, typhoons, thunderstorms, sandstorms, air pollution, etc.), or for reasons of the park's carrying capacity, health and safety needs, special events or other necessary reasons, we may from time to time take the following measures:

　　(1) Change the opening hours of facilities within the park;

　　(2) Temporarily close the park or any part of the park;

　　(3) Control the number of admissions, suspend, adjust (including adjusting the schedule or location) or cancel any attractions, entertainment and performances.

For accidents caused by visitors' own intentional or negligent acts, Xiaomeisha Ocean World reserves the right to pursue legal claims.

Please read the contents of the "Park Entry Notice" carefully before purchasing tickets and entering the park. Upon entry, you are deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the relevant park regulations.
