The grand re‑enactment of King Jeongjo's royal procession to the royal tomb is an absolute must‑see — thousands of participants in full costume march in a magnificent procession, vividly recreating the grand scenes of over 200 years ago, making you feel as if you've stepped back into the Joseon era. Traditional events such as Lady Hyegyeong Hong's Court Banquet also offer a glimpse into royal extravagance and etiquette.

King Jeongjo's Royal Procession: A perfect recreation of 1795, when King Jeongjo, the 22nd ruler of the Joseon Dynasty, ordered the largest royal procession in the country to be held over 8 days.
