1. Rafting starts: 12:30‑16:00, for reference only. Please refer to the actual schedule at the scenic spot.
2. Last ticket collection time: 15:30. Please arrange your travel time properly to avoid missing the rafting.

Collect and use ticket with the electronic voucher.
Height 140cm (inclusive) or above.
Other Instructions:
(1) For this package, please complete the canyoning activity first before participating in the rafting activity.
(2) The following persons are prohibited from participating: children under 1.1m (exclusive), female elderly aged 55 (inclusive) or above, male elderly aged 60 (inclusive) or above, individuals weighing over 100kg, pregnant women, those under the influence of alcohol, disabled persons, and individuals with heart disease, hypertension, osteoporosis, epilepsy, mental illness, dementia, physical injuries, or any other medical history that may hinder activity participation. Those who conceal or fail to disclose their true condition and cause accidents during rafting or canyoning shall bear the consequences themselves.
(3) Same price for tickets for heights 1.1m (inclusive) and above. Children 1.1m to 1.4m (inclusive) must be accompanied by at least two adults for rafting, and by at least one adult for canyoning to avoid accidents.
(4) Do not bring car keys, mobile phones, cameras, necklaces, bracelets, watches, etc., onto the raft to avoid loss or getting wet. The company is not liable for the loss or damage of such items during rafting/canyoning. Please store these items at the visitor centre's storage area.
(5) Before rafting, you must properly wear a life jacket and helmet. During rafting, do not remove the helmet to splash water, get off the raft to play in the water, or stand on the raft.
(6) If the raft capsizes, stay calm, quickly get to the shore, or seek help from the river safety personnel.
(7) If the raft gets stuck in a whirlpool, patiently adjust the rubber raft's direction and centre of gravity. Do not get into the water to push the raft. You may promptly seek help from the river safety personnel.
(8) When the Summit Suspension Magic Carpet reaches its capacity limit, please follow the staff's instructions and visit in batches for your own and others' safety.
(9) Before participating in canyoning, ticket holders must thoroughly read the Canyoning Safety Notice at the site with the staff and sign it before receiving equipment. Strictly follow the instructions to ensure your own safety.
(10) Before canyoning, make sure to wear life jackets, helmets, and other safety gear. Fasten your shoes securely. Do not remove any equipment during canyoning. Those wearing glasses must secure them with rubber bands or strings on their head. High heels, slippers, leather shoes, board shoes, sports shoes, crocs, sandals, spiked shoes, long skirts, bare‑chested, barefoot individuals, etc., are not allowed to participate. Recommended attire: professional water shoes (lightweight, breathable, quick‑draining, non‑slip sole with some thickness, with straps for secure fastening, suitable for walking in water).
(11) Canyoning tickets do not include water shoes. Professional water shoes are available for purchase at the scenic area. Ticket holders may purchase them at a cost price of HKD 15/pair with valid canyoning ticket. Sizes available: 36‑44.
(12) During canyoning, strictly do not remove the helmet or life jacket without authorisation. Cooperate with the correct guidance of the on‑site staff. For safety reasons, staff have the right to terminate the canyoning activity of persons who do not comply with instructions.
(13) During canyoning, pay attention to signage along the way to be aware of upcoming conditions. When passing through areas requiring high physical exertion or longer water sections, use auxiliary ropes, climbing frames, and other facilities to conserve energy and ensure safety.
(14) The canyoning process, including wading, climbing, swimming, and the use of equipment, involves potential risks, which may result in bodily injury, falls, contusions, etc. Ticket holders voluntarily participate in these activities and use the equipment provided by our company, acknowledge and are aware of the risks associated with canyoning, and enhance their own risk tolerance and self‑discipline to make canyoning activities safer, healthier, and more enjoyable.

1. Classic Full‑Course Rafting (Family‑Friendly)
The first national 4A‑level rafting track in China, covering a 5.8km waterway with over 60 drops, surrounded by scenery where water and sky merge into one. Suitable for families of all ages from 7 to 60 years old. Dad at the helm, Mum snapping photos — you can experience the thrill of rushing rapids while leisurely enjoying the canyon views.
2. Cliff Devil Rafting (Extreme Challenge)
Setting the world record for the "largest single‑drop rafting", the 6066‑metre waterway features a total drop of 298 metres, a peak drop of 138 metres, speeds exceeding 70 km/h, and 360‑degree aerial spins.
Ride the "magic carpet" up to the 59‑metre cliff, and feel your heart race vertically the moment you plunge — perfect for young thrill‑seekers chasing an adrenaline rush.
3. Canyoning Experience
Climb, dive and slide down the glass water flume together — full safety protection is provided throughout, so no need to worry about safety issues.
4. Scenic Water Park
Double‑tier mountain spring swimming pool + 5,000㎡ children's water fort, featuring over 10 attractions including the big horn, toboggan slide and sky‑twist spinner.

Transportation Guide
Self‑Drive: Navigate to "Xuanzhen Canyon Water Play Kingdom". The scenic area provides a car park (HK$20/day). Arrive early to secure a spot near the entrance.

Essential Items
The scenic area provides professional helmets, life jackets and knee/elbow pads. You should bring your own anti‑slip creek shoes (also available at the scenic area for HK$15/pair), a neck‑strap waterproof phone pouch, goggles, long‑sleeved quick‑dry top and trousers, a change of clothes, towel and toiletries. You may also bring some drinking water and light snacks to replenish your energy afterwards.
