2. Attraction Stay Time

Stay time at each attraction can be adjusted according to your needs. The driver will communicate in advance to ensure sufficient visiting time.

Note: Attraction admission tickets are not included in this activity and must be purchased separately (see package description for details).

3. Fee Description

Included Items: 8 hours (Seoul city) or 10 hours (Seoul suburbs) of private car rental service and fuel costs.

Additional Charges: May include attraction admission tickets, child seats, overtime fees, surcharges after 22:00, parking fees, toll fees, etc. (see package description for details).

4. Driver and Vehicle Information

The driver will contact you 2‑3 days before the travel date via the contact method provided at the time of booking (WhatsApp / WeChat / LINE / Viber / Kakaotalk) to discuss the itinerary and confirm pick‑up details.

5. Pick‑up and Drop‑off

Pick‑up and drop‑off locations are limited to one address within Seoul city.

If pick‑up/drop‑off at other locations is required, please contact customer service to confirm before booking.

6. Multi‑day Service

Multi‑day tour services are currently not available. For multi‑day trips, please book separately for each date.

Q: Can the pick‑up location be outside Seoul city?

A: Additional charges will apply for pick‑up locations outside Seoul city. If needed, please consult our customer service team before booking to understand the relevant charges and detailed arrangements.

Q: When will I receive the itinerary confirmation?

A: 2‑3 days before the activity date, our customer service staff or driver will contact you to confirm the itinerary. Please ensure we can reach you via the contact method provided at the time of booking. WhatsApp is recommended for more convenient communication.

Q: Are there any additional charges or things to note?

A: Our itinerary is very flexible and can be adjusted based on various factors such as traffic, weather, and customer preferences. However, attractions outside our service area may incur additional charges. To minimise this issue, please confirm the number of passengers and luggage before departure. In the event of extreme weather, the charter service may be cancelled, and we will notify you one day before departure.

Q: Is it suitable to join the tour on Korean public holidays?

A: Please note if your departure time coincides with Korean public holidays! The experience may be affected by larger crowds, so please consider carefully when booking during this period.

A: This travel package does not include insurance or personal expenses. However, if you are satisfied with the driver's service, you may give a tip of 20,000 KRW as a token of appreciation.
