Check‑in Method: Please bring your valid personal identification document (one document per person) and check in at the hotel front desk by providing your name and mobile number.
Check‑in after 15:00 daily, check‑out before 12:00 the next day. Late check‑out will incur additional charges: before 18:00, half of the hotel's listed room rate; after 18:00, the full listed room rate.
A deposit is required upon check‑in (the specific amount will be announced by the hotel at check‑in). The deposit will be fully refunded upon check‑out if there is no damage to items or other consumption.
Each room can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults. Children under 1.2m (excluding) can stay free of charge without occupying a bed.
Extra bed in the main building: RMB 400/bed/night (includes 1 buffet breakfast + unlimited hot spring access). The Elegant Room does not allow extra beds.
Extra bed in the villa: RMB 500/bed/night (includes 1 buffet breakfast + unlimited hot spring access).
To ensure the safety and quality sleep of you and other guests, please do not bring pets into the hotel.

The hotel offers complimentary parking.
Please bring your own swimsuit (trunks) and hot spring accessories. Changing lockers, slippers, towels, etc., are provided free of charge in the hot spring area.
Individuals with severe heart disease, high blood pressure, physical discomfort, or pregnant women are not advised to soak in the pools unless permitted by a doctor and accompanied by an attendant.
