Upon check‑in, please collect your ticket at the hotel’s ticket centre with a valid ID. You will need a valid ID and ticket to enter the park (please enquire at the front desk).

(1) Ocean Kingdom regular opening hours: 10:00‑20:00;

(2) Zhuhai Hengqin Chimelong Kaka Tiger Adventure: 10:30;

(3) For the 2‑day‑1‑night package, the default viewing date for Kaka Tiger Adventure is the second day of stay; for 3‑day‑2‑night and 4‑day‑3‑night packages, the default date is the third day of stay. The default session is the first session at 10:30 AM;

(4) Opening hours are subject to change. Please refer to on‑site announcements.

The double package is applicable for 1 adult + 1 child or 2 adults.

(1) Child standard: Height between 1.0m and 1.5m (children under 1.0m are free of charge, each adult may bring one child under 1.0m, except for the Grand Circus);

(2) Ocean Kingdom: Each adult with a standard ticket may bring one child aged under 3 years old on the day of visit or with a height under 1.0m into the park free of charge (except for the circus);

(3) Kaka Tiger Adventure: One person per seat is required. Children and infants under 3 years old on the day of visit or with a height under 1.0m are not recommended for entry. If entry is insisted upon, a child ticket or other applicable ticket must be purchased. The accompanying adult must take full responsibility for the care of the child or infant.

(1) The Ocean Kingdom ticket included in the package, once linked to the guest’s identity, allows multiple entries to Ocean Kingdom within 2 days starting from the check‑in date. Before entry, guests must register their facial image at the Ocean Kingdom ticket gate for convenient access via the facial recognition channel;

(2) The hotel may adjust supply prices and selling prices based on seasonal and internal sales conditions. If promotional price reductions occur, no refund for the price difference will be given after confirmation. Your understanding is appreciated. Real‑time bookings are subject to the price at the time of order placement.
