Instructions for Use

　　(1) After purchase, receive the booking e‑voucher via the app or email;

　　(2) Present the QR code at the ticket booth to redeem tickets;

　　(3) After receiving the physical ticket, queue up at the Zoolung Zoolung entrance gate for admission;

Transportation

　　(1) Take bus no. 710, 18, or 16 and get off at Bodeok‑dong Community Centre Station, then walk 312m for 5 minutes;

　　(2) Take bus no. 11, 150, 700, 100, 100‑1, 130, 150, or 150‑1 and get off at Gyeongju World Culture Expo Park / Silla Millennium Park Station, then walk 198m for 3 minutes;

Notes

　　(1) Unlimited use on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays;

　　(2) Free admission: Infants under 18 months can enter for free with a valid passport;

　　(3) Children aged 18 to 36 months can enjoy a 30% discount on‑site (must bring passport);

　　(4) Children under 11 years old must be accompanied by a guardian;

　　(5) Programme schedule may change depending on the health of the animals and on‑site conditions; please confirm programme/event times on site;

　　(6) Please apply for on‑site experience programmes;

　　(7) Strollers are not allowed inside; they can be locked in the stroller storage area;

　　(8) In accordance with the Animal Welfare Act, unauthorised touching of animals is prohibited. Any issues caused by touching animals without the keeper's permission shall be 100% the responsibility of the individual;
