Useful Information for Gapyeong Begonia Garden

Ticket Collection Location: At the ticket office at the entrance of the scenic area;

Ticket Collection Method: On the day of experience, present the successful booking confirmation email on your mobile phone to exchange for ticket;

Inclusions: 1 admission ticket to Gapyeong Begonia Flower and Bird Garden;

Exclusions: All other personal expenses and any expenses not mentioned in the inclusions;

Transportation Route: Take bus No. 7001 from Exit 5 of Jamsil Station (잠실역) to Cheongsim Peace World Center (청심평화월드센터) stop, then walk for about 8 minutes;

Opening Hours:

March ‑ October: Weekdays 10:00‑17:00, Weekends 10:00‑18:00;

November ‑ February: Weekdays 10:00‑16:00, Weekends 10:00‑17:00;

Last Admission: Entry is closed 1 hour before the end of operating hours. Please arrange your travel time accordingly;

Notes:

(1) Smoking and drinking are prohibited in the park. Use of broadcasting equipment, collection of plants or rocks is not allowed;

(2) Do not enter restricted areas;

(3) Food or beverages are not permitted in the flower or bird zones;

(4) Please pay attention to safety when visiting the animal areas and take care to protect the small animals;

(5) Taking photos may startle the small animals, please turn off the flash;

(6) Children under 13 must be accompanied by a guardian;

Conditional cancellation & changes apply.Eligible for refund or exchange if the following conditions are met.

1. Rescheduling is not allowed 2 days before the date of use; for rescheduling, please apply at least 3 days in advance.

2. No refund is allowed 1 day before the date of use; for ticket refunds, please apply before 4:00 pm at least 2 days in advance. A handling fee of 50% of the payment amount will be charged.

For applications submitted before 4:00 pm 3 days before the date of use, a handling fee of 2% of the payment amount will be charged; for users paying via PayPal or Stripe, a handling fee of 4% of the payment amount will be charged.
