Check‑in procedure: Please bring a valid personal identification document (one document per person) and inform the hotel front desk of your name and mobile phone number to check in.

Check‑in is available daily from 15:00 (subject to the hotel's occupancy rate on the day). Check‑out must be completed before 12:00 the following day. Late check‑out will incur additional charges: before 18:00, half of the hotel's rack rate; after 18:00, the full rack rate for one day.

A deposit is required upon check‑in (amount to be confirmed by the hotel). The deposit will be fully refunded upon check‑out, provided there is no damage to property or other consumption.

Each room can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults. Children under 1.2m (excluding 1.2m) can stay free of charge without an extra bed. Extra beds are not available.

To ensure the safety of all guests and maintain a good sleeping environment, pets are not allowed in the room.

Buffet dinner: Adult weekday 118 RMB/person, Saturday 138 RMB/person; children 1.2‑1.4m 98 RMB (same price for children on weekdays and weekends); children under 1.2m, a maximum of 2 per room can dine for free, additional children will be charged at the children's rate.

Please bring your own swimwear and other Hot Spring Valley necessities. Lockers, slippers, towels, soft drinks, and fruits are provided free of charge in the Hot Spring Valley area.

Guests with severe heart disease, high blood pressure, physical discomfort, or pregnant women should not enter the spa pools, unless permitted by a doctor and accompanied by a professional.
