Built in the late 18th century by King Jeongjo, it served as a fortress and palace complex. The fortress walls stretch nearly 6 kilometres, passing through four main gates and numerous watchtowers. You can stroll along the fortress walls, explore the palace buildings, and enjoy the cultural performances and events held within the site.
